you're a stone man

taking hits here and there

cracks leading to more cracks

you're breaking underneath the verdict

and you're hardened by the past

rust forms a barrier between you and your scars

but you are forever infected

now we fear we can't help you

because your self is no longer the problem

you're now so numb you can't see

your family grieves, grieves

they have lost their baby

their son

their stone man

And I watch you blow up

breaking form the inside out

that warm heart of yours

gone
